Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected changes can arise, and we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). This policy allows us to honor the time reserved for each guest and accommodate others whenever possible.
